"The sales rep was well educated on every aspect of roofing. Every complaint that I had about my old roof was addressed in my proposal. He had plenty of props with him that he used to explain how MHI's solution would address my concerns. Low pressure and very knowledgeable. The installation team was very good and efficient. I was impressed. I was particularly pleased that they agreed to take my chimneys down and insulate the flues before covering the chimneys with new wood. "BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."

"Gotcha Covered did an excellent job completing our roof and gutter project. Our roof had been damaged by wind and hail, and Ian James helped us to navigate the entire process from filing the insurance claim to the completed project. Ian was informative, helpful, kind, and ensured that the job was completed in a timely manner. The project, manager, Danny, even came back after the job was done and tacked a piece of siding that was loose. It was no where near the roof and was not part of the original project. He just offered to fix it because it needed done. That is customer service! The job was completed in an efficient manner, and the clean up was excellent as well. They even worked extra hard to not damage our trees, shrubs, and many flowers!"

"From the get go Taylor was on point, he reached out after actually reading my message( most the other company’s used an automated chat bot) and discussed my needs and arranged a meeting the next day. He came out and was very thorough with the quote and explained everything very well. When it came time for the work to be done he took care of everything from setting up the dumpster and the material delivery was on point. The crew came out early in the morning and were very clean and professional with their work and got everything done in the day. They removed 3 layers of old shingles and replaced the decking as needed and did a terrific job! I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It’s been 2 months of a rainy season and everything is going great! He even took care of the whole GAF warranty registration. Thanks again Taylor you’re the man!"
