"Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company."

After checking the work needed, he gave me an estimate and was very honest at fixing one faucet. He could have charged me to replace the faucet in the shower, but he tightened it and verified that all parts are in excellent condition and do not need to be replaced.
