"From estimation to completion, Greenleaf Painting was friendly and competent.  Sean provided a complete and thorough estimate, walking me through the entire process. And while we had scheduled them to start on August 11, they actually came a week early. There was some confusion in the scheduling, but Greenleaf was quite apologetic, and gave us a few days to get ready (I had to rip out a deck before they could start, because we wanted them to get the cedar shakes that would be exposed after we ripped out the deck).  <br /> After that little issue, Greenleaf was great. Dwayne was willing to replace a few cedar shakes. Another estimator from another company refused to do so, telling me that I had to take care of that before they could start. I was so impressed with how industriously Daniel and Russell scraped my house! They knocked out the prep work in two days, and then took another two days to paint and a day for touching up and making it perfect.  <br /> They checked several times to make sure I was happy and asked me to call them if I have any questions or concerns, that they'd be happy to take care of any issues that come up.  <br /> I am so happy with the outcome of my house. "Our deck was sorely in need of attention. A high-end contractor we talked to about replacing a fence that had fallen down recommended Dari for the deck refinishing job. This was in early 2016. We called and got a bid (only one) but it seemed a bit steep (not necessarily unreasonable, just money we didn't want to spend at the time) so we didn't ever get around to following through. Finally, this spring (a year later), I emailed Dari to see if the bid was still good. He said it was and to let him know if we wanted to schedule something. I failed to write back and was wondering why he hadn't gotten in touch once the rain stopped. When I realized it was my own oversight rather than his, I wrote back and he immediately replied and said, how about this week? Sure enough, a couple of days later he and his crew showed up and got to work. Dari knows his stuff and his crew worked hard and took care of our property. They ended up stripping, sanding and refinishing an ipe deck of about 8' x 10' and the stairs down to the yard, plus staining the fence that we had finally had rebuilt (our side and our neighbor's side). Communication was good, everything looks great, and we have greater peace of mind that our property is protected from the elements."

"Great! We had to wait several months because it was their busy time of year but that worked okay because we needed to save up. Bill communicated via email and text, which was helpful. It was the most expensive bid we got but they felt confident they could remove all the solid color stain and recommended a semi-solid stain over the top. The deck looks BRAND NEW! We thought about replacing it but so glad we didn't take that drastic measure. The crew of 2 (Ryan was the lead) were punctual and cleaned up after each day (it was a 2 full day job). They had to take off some stair risers to get all the stain off; I felt like most companies would have skipped that extra step and just say "we did the best we could". "If Daniel isn't "Angi approved," he should be. Great workmanship. Good, fair pricing, Took care of the entire job, but also offered ways I could do some of the work and save a dollar or two. He installed 80' of cedar fencing and another 250' of wire fencing. When I wanted to add three more panels months later, he showed up when he said he would and knocked it out of the park. Can't say enough good things about his service and craftsmanship."
