First with the estimate, which came 2 days after I was told I would have it. and after the work on my sliding door was finished, they were supposed to get back to me on whether or not they could find new wheels for the door. They said I should hear the next day, it's been over a month and I never heard back from them."

"Pacific Coat painted our exterior this September. We actually booked in the spring with Kevin who was great throughout the bid process, answering all questions, providing references, and even tracking down someone to strip our double front door. We didn't get started until September due to travel and other projects on the house, but communication was consistent throughout the summer with the owner Josh and when we were ready so were they. Kyle and Denny are a 2-man crew who have been working together for 12 years. They did everything from stripping, lead mediation, through final cleanup themselves and were rockstars throughout, ....both professional and personable. Kyle came back a couple of extra times to apply additional coats on the front doors. We are very pleased with the outcome and with Pacific Coat, Kevin, Kyle, Josh, and Denny, they were all invested in our success/happiness and we would highly recommend them."

"We were at first worried because it took a long time to get us on their calendar and we had paid 50% of job. They had originally promised about two weeks out but it was closer to a month. Deck looks nice overall -- some spots look a bit darker than others. I wasn't too happy with their washing technique since most of the windows below deck areas got quite a bit of streaking also -- they should have covered them up. Also, some areas under deck have stain drippings."

"From estimation to completion, Greenleaf Painting was friendly and competent.  Sean provided a complete and thorough estimate, walking me through the entire process. And while we had scheduled them to start on August 11, they actually came a week early. There was some confusion in the scheduling, but Greenleaf was quite apologetic, and gave us a few days to get ready (I had to rip out a deck before they could start, because we wanted them to get the cedar shakes that would be exposed after we ripped out the deck).  <br /> After that little issue, Greenleaf was great. Dwayne was willing to replace a few cedar shakes. Another estimator from another company refused to do so, telling me that I had to take care of that before they could start. I was so impressed with how industriously Daniel and Russell scraped my house! They knocked out the prep work in two days, and then took another two days to paint and a day for touching up and making it perfect.  <br /> They checked several times to make sure I was happy and asked me to call them if I have any questions or concerns, that they'd be happy to take care of any issues that come up.  <br /> I am so happy with the outcome of my house. It looks so good now!  <br /> <br />"

"The installers - Mike A and Morgan - were fantastic.  They were here on time and went to work immediately.  The fence was taken out and they begun putting the new posts in within an hour.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  This was all done in a driving rain storm!!!    I would have this company assist me with any fencing/decking needs that I may have in the future - they are great!! <br />"

"Milton got back to me quickly, reviewed my yard, gave me a quote same day. I had them clean out all the moss from pavers, rocks, and ground. Remove dead plants and trim everything up. They planted new plants, put down mulch, and did river rock. The guys were efficient, professional, pleasant, and conscientious. Great job. Will have them do the backyard next."

"Great! We had to wait several months because it was their busy time of year but that worked okay because we needed to save up. Bill communicated via email and text, which was helpful. It was the most expensive bid we got but they felt confident they could remove all the solid color stain and recommended a semi-solid stain over the top. The deck looks BRAND NEW! We thought about replacing it but so glad we didn't take that drastic measure. The crew of 2 (Ryan was the lead) were punctual and cleaned up after each day (it was a 2 full day job). They had to take off some stair risers to get all the stain off; I felt like most companies would have skipped that extra step and just say "we did the best we could". We were so pleased with the outcome that I would definitely use them again and recommend highly!"
