A key point on this project is that Ted came in with a bid for our project that was about half as much of another fence company (that we had used in the past). So the price was right and the finished product was nice. They even handled a couple of special conditions that we had to deal with. So overall everything was positive. "It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.

"The fence was installed beautifully. Both Patrick and Ana are very nice and easy to deal with. Their bid was SUBSTANTIALLY less than a couple of other bids I got. I suspect they have less overhead than some of the other folks. There were a couple of post-installation tasks that took awhile to get finished (since the fence was put up in the winter) but it really looks beautiful now and adds to the look of the house in general."
