When I called they said since it was through a warranty company they couldn?t help me, after they argued they didn?t install it. Tech showed up and after an hour said he couldn?t fix it and he?d send someone else out. In reality he kicked the order back to the warranty company so they had to assign someone else. Different company is now trying to fix everything. Apparently sensors are messed up and it wasn?t installed correctly. "
