"This has been a frustrating process. We hired this company in January after sending a deposit. Our gate has to be made due to its size. Instead of being notified of the process we kept having to reach out. Then we were told that the manufacturing was delayed. After more follow ups, by us, we were told that the gate would have been installed last Tuesday. But it didn't happen. Again we were told it was was a manufacturing delay. I emailed them for a follow up on Thursday and it is now Monday with no response. Nice people but horrible service. "

Steve came out and was great with walking us through the process and drawing up a plan that we loved. The install team took 1 day for tear down of our old fence and install of the new one. They were super proficient and professional. They paid attention to the size of my dogs and to make sure they couldn’t get out of any gaps. They went above and beyond. "The company was hired to install a one car garage door. The installer drilled 8 holes from the outside of the structure toward the interior of the garage. He drilled 1 hole from the interior of the garage completely through to the outside of the house. He left puddles of lubricant on the floor. The company said the guy made a mistake, no big deal. I do not recommend this company. I drew circles around the holes for better viewing."
