Install: Kevin scheduled the install date. Installer(s) arrived as agreed and finished the install on time. No construction debris left behind. Rained that night (true story). Nice quality job...gutters and downspouts appear solidly installed and work great. No more water ponding on our flower beds or pouring off the roof at the front door.

Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
