"I found Jeff Wragg on Angi and contacted him along with a couple of companies to look at our basement project for proposals. Jeff quickly understood what we were looking for and helped formulate our final thinking. We selected hiim to proceed ahead. He doesn’t do traditional "design" work but quickly shapes a mental picture of what we wanted/needed. We chose Jeff and are really happy we did. Once we signed the contract the only delays incurred came through waiting for the town to approve the permit and then the follow-ups with the Town as work was completed. We had about a two week delay waiting for the permit which literally resulted in a two week delay to completing the project. It was about a 2.5 month project. Jeff was spot on with his schedule and estimates and the only "change order" we had to deal with was regarding an air exchange unit the Town required to be installed. Jeff and his team (eg, Framing, Electrical, insulating, sheetrock, paint) did a fantastic job. They showed up when they said they would and are very trustworthy. I don't live full time on the Cape so 99% of the work was done when we were back in CT. I came up occasionally to check on the progress and took loads of pictures. Every time I came back I always sent Jeff a note about how happy we were with the progress. My daughter, Son-in-law and grandson spent the last week and a half living there (we use the Den as a sleeping area) and loved it. We did too! We will have other projects to do in the condo and Jeff will be my first call."
