"Carlos was the person who cleaned my tile floors. He was punctual and gave a courtesy call when he was on the way to me house. I showed him my problem areas of the house that I could not remove from a mop. He did a great job and was able to remove all the floor stains I had. My floor looked like new again even though I've only lived in my house for 1 year. Carlos was very friendly and easy to talk to. I asked a lot of questions about caring for my floor. He wrote down recommendations for me, where I could buy the products and such."

"It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier. I am getting new bathroom cabinets installed on top of the new tile he just put down and as soon as those cabinets are in, I will post a photo."

"I withheld the last $600.00 and sent a check along with a letter explaining to Wilson why I was withholding $600.00 and
hopefully we could come to some resolution on payment deduction to cover damages. In that letter I also explained
that I had to hire a Grout and Tile Cleaning Company , because the floor was apalling, everyone that came over stated
nice floor but why so dirty looking. I had 3 companies come out and give a quote, each company used a measuring
system on wheels for accurate measurements.....I was told that tile was approx. 970 square feet not 1120 as quoted
for tile install........I mentioned that and Wilson took much offense............stated to consider the matter closed and no
more payoff needed............I emailed and asked him to please come and put closet guides on but never heard from
him again !!!
It is better not to promise how something will be done , if in fact the workers will do it another way.

"We were selling our house and the buyer's house inspection revealed evidence of a hidden water leak within a wall. Bruce and his team at A+ Pro-Tech were very responsive. After opening the wall, they discovered that there had been a leak from the upstairs toilet and mold had developed within the wall. "I had difficulty in setting the appointment.  It was originally set for the day after Thanksgiving, 11/27, and I was told they would call if they decided not to work that day.  No one showed and I did not receive a call.  We reset the appointment for 12/10.  They came out on 12/10 at the appointment time specified.  They refastened all slipped tiles, caulked a broken tile and sealed a few areas.  I know this because the roofer took photos on his phone to show me the problem areas and the repairs made.  I was very pleased with their work and their professionalism.  Other than the problems with setting the appointment, I was very happy with the service.

"The guy who came out was very nice. He came out with one of his friends. He was very good. We noticed some of the parts were coming off within a month or so. It looked like the same kind of problem before we got it serviced. So I called him and he came over, and did the patch up work. He was very good. When I called him back, he came right away. He was pretty responsive. He was a little pricey. We’ve had more expensive work done in the past from somebody else. They were not so expensive but that company is no longer in business. So we didn’t have a wide choice to choose from. I would probably use their services again in the future."
