"We started out by hiring Vargas Tree Service to do a thorough yard clean up and tree trimming. Very soon we realized how wonderful they are to work with. We then hired them to install pavers in the backyard and a complete overhaul of the irrigation system. We can't be happier with their work. The jobs are done very well. They are professional, easy to work with. They charge a fair price for quality work, and they always cleaned up neatly after each job. What more can you ask for when hiring someone. Highly recommended. They are surely on the top of the list for us to contact should any future need arises."

"We initially purchased the sprinkler tune up offer and learned a lot about our system.
Although we aren't ready to actually go ahead and use their service just yet, we got a clear written estimate of a future job.
The estimate included replacing  the current watering system brain, fixing all leaks along the lines, replacing our current, above ground water valves with an in-ground unit and also removing the current rock and installing grass. We have a large area and learned that we currently have a sprinkler system in place under the rock to reduce cost. The quoted price included all labor and materials. We would have gone ahead and signed right there and then but other high priority (and high priced) projects popped up inside the house.

"My whole front yard has weeds about 5 to 6 feet high due to the rain. I had it all removed last year. The weeds are now taller than the bushes and are as tall as the trees. The guy came out and called me to inform that he would be here at a particular time. He was there at the specified time. He spent a lot of time with me. He went over each thing that he would do and walked around the yard. He pointed out each thing and told me how he would do it. He sent me a written estimate through an e-mail explaining out exactly what each thing that he would do would cost. I was impressed by that. He was very thorough in what he would do and how he would do it. So, I was very comfortable with what he said. That’s why I chose Desert Gardens and they are going to come out on Saturday to get the work done."

"We had several false starts with other landscapers but Land View saw us through to the end.  We obtained their services through the use of Snap Fix.
Land View listened carefully to our ideas and offered some minor tweaking.  Whereas other landscapers seemed to focus on what they couldn't or wouldn't do, Land View had a "can do" approach to the project.  They created a fine drawing that we needed to submit to the HOA.  Our request was quickly approved by the HOA and work began shortly thereafter.
The work, which included installing irrigation, laying rock, planting trees and bushes, took only only day.
Owner Anne and Manager Mike were easy to work with.  They delivered as they promised.  No surprises.  I could not ask for more than that.

"We had water damages recently in April. After water restoration was done, we need to hire someone to repair our condo. The repairing job was not very big, but included many different works, such as drywall in both master bed room and master bath room, painting, install new cabinet in master bath room.... We have contacted many companies, some company can't meet our schedule, some company can only do drywall and painting. Some company's price was too expensive. We are very lucky to find Mr. Chu from Angle's list. He can do all these work with very reasonable price. Mr. Chu did excellent job for us! "Ken's Lawn Service was very responsive but as far as knowledge, I'd put a C. I have a different kind of grass because we live in Vegas and he had no idea what kind of grass I have. He couldn't do it initially because the ground was too hard. The price was an A. When I tried to explain on the phone what I had, he didn't know what I was talking about. I had to soften up the ground and he did come back. He was a very nice guy, I just was not comfortable that he didn't know what kind of lawn that I have. He was punctual."
