I had what I considered a pretty serious roof leak over my garage.  I picked the Roof Repair Experts because of their great reviews and honestly, the $350 dollar roof leak repair deal made the choice easy.  I didn't have to have a quote done (which means take a day off of work) and then have another day off to do the repair.

Javier showed up in the morning and had a pretty good idea what was causing my leak.  He quickly removed a bunch of roof tiles, found the rotted out underlayment that was rotting b/c of my pine tree, replaced the underlayment, and sealed everything up better than new. 

He then proceeded to put all of my tiles back, sealing them so they didn't slide out, and even added sealer to the metal drain valley to ensure that no water went under the new underlayment. 

This was quality service.  I know they do A/C work too and you bet I'll call them in the fall when I plan to replace the second A/C unit in my house.

"I purchased the service special. He missed the day we had scheduled because he forgot to put it in his book. He came out the next day and he was delayed, though he informed me that he would be late because he had back pain and went to the doctor. I was surprised that he left without telling me he was done.
It's hard to rate the quality of the work he did, but I felt I paid $75 for nothing. 
I understand he was having back pain and having issues, but it was an overall odd experience. He missed an appointment, was late for the next one and then left without going over what he did to me. When I contacted him later, he told me he was kind of embarrassed and said he'd give me a free service when I'm next due, in 2-3 years.
I'll pass on using this business again. I did get the sense he is honest but i ultimately don't think I got any value for my money and it was laughable that he said he'd give me a free service in 2-3 years. I can't wait to call and ask for that. I got no receipt or anything.

"I contacted the company by email and set up a time. Jack was right on time , a few minutes early actually. My roof is over thirty years old and had a lot of debris in the valleys. He found eight broken tiles in the first look. He said he probably had enough tiles in his truck to replace them at a cost of $20 each. He ended up spending five hours blowing debris off, sealing flashings, using silicone on some cracked tiles and replacing seven. He was surprised that the roof has lasted so long with no leaks and gave me a quote to replace it, which I will probably do later this year. I found him very knowledgeable and there was no mess left behind. I will most likely use this company when I replace the roof. I feel I got great value from this service.

"JJ is wonderful.  He always picks up his phone.  if you leave a message, he gets back to you right away.  He shows up on time and does a great job.  He smiles and never complains about anything.  As a matter of fact, it was raining when he put the pool up.  I asked him if he wanted to come back when it wasn't raining but he declined and wanted to finish the job. 
We have used JJ to do other jobs around the house (install ceiling fans, set up another pool) and we are very pleased with his performance.  As a matter of fact, as soon as I finish writing this review, I am calling him to see if he is available for another job.  Don't hesitate to use him.  You won't regret it.
