He also hauled a heavy piece of furniture downstairs for me and removed and replaced rubber step mats on my 5 garage stairs. "After deciding to remodel a very dated bathroom I interviewed Shawn Rendon. He made great suggestions to upgrade the rather small room and make it more accessible and safe. After complete demolition of the original 37 yr old space, team member Tristen expertly rebuilt the room including crafting a damless shower and then installing tile walls and floor. He kept me informed every step of the way and we have a beautiful walk in shower with no barriers. Other members of the team were outstanding in removing and replacing the original flooring throughout the first floor. Tristen again was great installing new lighting throughout. Rob is a master painter with 25+ years of experience and did a meticulous job painting walls, ceilings, doors and trim and they look brand new! Josh, the project manager is a great liason and communicator. He and Shawn were responsive to any of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Rendon Construction!"

"At the end it was poor build quality. James, I understand it was your contractors and not you but still .... ultimately you are the general contractor and it is your responsibility. That is why we paid you the big bucks .. you are supposed to know if your contractors that you hired do quality work or not. We did NOT get the BEST quality and are sorely disappointed."
