I had concerns about how to get the flooring under the new boiler and water heater but he and Jeff did a terrific job. They had to work to even out the floor and attach baseboard molding to a concrete wall and everything turned out beautiful! Mike also installed a new bathroom vanity which was very complicated as the original 1958 one had been installed directly into the wall not on top of the tile.
