The work was so well done, all inspections were passed on the first round, they were incredibly neat and finished before we expected them to. They gave us a timeline of 4-6 months to add on a family room, kitchen, bathroom, pantry and make modifications to the existing layout. We figured 4-6 months meant more like 6-8, but they finished in exactly 5 months from the first dig. Luca and Antonio are perfectionists and were very accommodating. Thanks to the initial design consultations in their studio with Cortney it turned out perfect. Much patience from the Monk's team while I made numerous changes, adds, etc. There was a glitch or two with verifying the supplies, incorrect toilet which caused a delay since it had to be reordered. Due to supply chain issues, this delayed the time to complete. Otherwise the project manager, Matthew made arrangements to accommodate any inconvenience. I was completely satisfied two years ago when I first worked with Monk's for my kitchen remodel and was so pleased with that project that I decided to give them my bathroom project this past year. I have other projects on the horizon and won't hesitate to go with them again."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs.
