"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

Chuck Scandroli, the owner, came to my home as scheduled and soon after presented us with a detailed plan and cost proposal. His plan, and personal attention and demeanor, led me to want to use Scandroli Roofing for this work. The entire roof was replaced, along with all gutters and downspouts, and an older skylight was replaced as well. All of the work was professionally done. The employees were courteous and helpful. The entire job took about 3 work days, and when done there was no mess or trash left behind, and virtually no nails found lying in the grass or driveway! Scandroli brought in an outside contractor to do the interior finishing for the skylight, and Johnson Drywall did an excellent job. We were extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of Chuck and his company and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof or gutter work."

Please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159 to schedule a free estimate. " Now, I could have called them instead of sending a message. I know that. They didn't have to tell me that. But It would have been nice if they had answered my question. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. So I sent my request again making it clear that this was my second request. Two days later I got this. "In response to your questions, we install skylights, steel siding, and steel roofing. If you are still interested in a free estimate, please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159. Thank you." So, was that so hard? I'm not impressed and not inclined to call them. First impressions matter!"
