He built a beautiful brick encased bar with a live slab countertop that looks amazing. The new basement has bathrooms with a lot natural stone in their design. Steve did all the stone work and they look like something out of House Beautiful magazine. This build was a huge project and like any construction project there were a few issues but Steve bent over backwards to make things right.
