"I had a plugged up kitchen sink that drained very slowly and was backing up into my dishwasher. The plumber put a snake down the pipe and it sort of unplugged it temporarily but not entirely, and it quickly plugged up again after a day or so. He said he thinks he got the plug out but I needed a new vent cap put on and then it should work properly. He wanted $600 to put on a new vent cap. I felt that was way, way over priced and declined. My son went out and bought a 50" snake and he got the plug out and my sink works perfectly. I felt that since the plumber did not fix the problem I should get my money back but apparently the owner does not think so since they did not call me back to tell me I could get a refund after I called and explained the situation and said I felt I should get a refund. No, I would not recommend them to anyone."

"Great. Two hours to determine where the problem was, remove the tree whose roots broke the line, dig out 10 feet of the old line and replace with new pipe and fittings so it won’t happen again. Extremely happy with service and will gladly recommend them. Other sewer repair companies in the area would not do the job because it was on a slope and the line was completely clogged.
