They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The crew arrived on Sunday, September 16, 2012.  Removed old shingles and replaced with new.  Ran a little short on materials, so returned on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 and completed job.
I spoke to Mr. Strahan about the professionalism of the crew.  If I wasn't having the siding replaced, we would have had a problem.  The crew put several marks/scratches on the existing siding.
Mr. Strahan was very concerned and said he would make it right.  I told him he didn't have to since I was having it replaced.  I just told him he might want to have a talk with his crew.
