"it took him 5 hours. and he was more interested in trying to sell us a new AC unit then to just fix ours.  We flat out told him we would NOT be buying a new unit from them, that he needed to find and fix the issues.   we really got frustrated with the young fellow. but in the end he finally was able to fix the unot and get our AC working again.

While they were installing my new unit they even noticed a kinked suction line on my second AC unit (my home warranty company previously sent out a horrible AC company and they kinked the suction line while installing a new coil). Luckily Benchmark caught that before damage was done to my second AC Unit. Because of there professionalism and great work, I was able to get my home warranty company to agree to let them do the fix for the bent suction line. Once again, they did a great job! I highly recommend Benchmark AC and they will be the only AC company I use from now on!"

"A pleasant experience from start to finish. The quoting process was a good two-way discussion, and cordial - no pushy salesman telling you how bad Company X or Y was. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The quote wasn't the best (hence the 'B' for price) but it did offer the best VALUE when we considered the equipment specification and the stability of the company - an important consideration when looking at a system with a 25 year life! The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time. Quality of workmanship was first rate and the entire installation was done with care, and tidied away before the team left. Permitting and PG&E inspection were all handled by Sherry, and that was also quick and flawless. "I received 5 estimates for Central AC & Furnace. Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying. I had to wait a week until the install date, but I have gained Charles Sullivan as a great friend and my AC is blowâ n like the wind. This was last summer and I just called for my bi- annual service which was done by Ryan Foley, very professional and in a timely manner.
