"The technician showed up promptly at the appoint time. It was same day service. Extremely professional. When I told him my problem. He was up front and said that it was probably 1 of 2 things, compressor or related switches. He also told me the "fix" price if it was either. After approx 15 minutes of work the problem was the compressor. There was was no pressure to fix it. He left the decision up to me to make. Based on the cost to fix and the age of the refrigerator we decide not to fix it. Cost of service call was 40.00."
