He was very thorough and detail oriented. An estimate was forwarded to me with a complete description of the work to be done. This was followed to the letter by the crew who arrived very punctually and started with all the right equipment going down to the basement from the gitgo – laser level, radial saw, power nailer etc. ( I hate people who arrive without a laser level.)
