"Jamie and his crew installed large scale (24"x48") porcelain tile in two bathrooms (walls and floors) and on a large dining / kitchen / hall floor. The results are absolutely perfect. Our floors were far from level, so the install was not easy and required a large amount of leveling cement. Everyone showed up every day at 7 AM, at times we had two crews working to get our project finished on time. You can see that they did not cut any corners and did whatever it took to do things right. "Horrible company to deal with. They came out to help to bring the elevator to the first floor. It was stuck due to a power outage on the block. They came out at 3pm Thursday and overcharged us overtime and travel time. As you can see from their publish hours 3 pm is within their working hours. They didn't tell us the overtime rate nor tell us that we would be charged over time.The service took under 45 minutes. Smartrise billed us for two hours at 454.00 an hour, total 908.00. When I spoke to Art at the company trying to discuss the proper amount for this service, he used profanity and name calling. Art hung up on me rather than communicate."

We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. When I decided to do change orders, he didn’t take that opportunity to charge me a vast amount of money because he knew I had no choice if I wanted the work done. He and his staff always cleaned up after themselves and made sure no one would be in danger of walking across an unsafe area.
