"Ed Cortes did more than he had to. He dug up and found the leaking water main and replaced it with higher schedule (80) 1-1/2” pipe. Waited patiently for it to dry and came back to fill it back up with dirt and closed up the artificial grass - like nothing happened. He took time to explain everything as he went through the repair process and finished the project as promised. Thank you Cortes Plumbing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Tim arrived prompt. Diagnosed the problem with my AC. Provide two recommendations to replace the broken condenser. Also gave additional recommendations to for my AC to keep running effectively during the coming months. Feels nice right now that my AC is working much better. Thanks Tim"

"Hector gave me a quote over the phone on Wednesday and made an appointment for the following day. He and Nathen showed up ready to work at 0830. They installed a new (1/2 hp) Sump Pump and Check Valve. The project took approximately 2.5 hours to complete. The site is now ready for the rain."

"Shower regulator provided no hot water. They came to my house quickly, told me exactly what needed to be done to replace the shower temperature regulator and did a great job at a fair price."

"The work to replace the water main line was excellent. A trench and cutting of sidewalk was necessary to replace line. After the line was in place and the trench filled in and cement work, you can't even tell it was dug up or cut. Mike is an excellent technician, and I definitely will use this company again. The lady at the office was also professional and punctual (I forgot her name)."

"My wife and I have been struggling for years with constant drain clog problems. Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day.    It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. We are very satisfied and are sure to use Bob and Marc's again in the future.

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
