"AJ wells roofing is AMAZING! They worked with us and our insurance company. The workers were nice, and worked super quickly. One of the days our roof was being worked on, it started to rain and the men had the entire roof covered and protected with tarp in less than 4 or 5 mins. The photographer that comes with the crew was very informative and friendly. She made us feel like we didnt have strangers working on our home! She and the workers worked hard to ensure other things didnt get damaged in the process of the roof being ripped off and replaced. But ANYTHING that had scratches on it is being replaced, we didnt even notice our railing had been scratched a bit and they notified us they would have someone out to fix it right away. As well as our minorly damaged gutters. The workers replaced our ENTIRE(103 sheets of plywood) roof.... ALL sheets of plywood in TWO days... these people are AMAZING! "The gutters were quite full of leaves and tree debris.  They hosed down the roof, cleaned the gutters both with water pressure and by hand, and then applied the cleaning solution to the roof and the gutters.  Even the flashing was cleaned along the edge of the roof.  They rinsed everything, including any chemicals that might have fallen onto any shrubs. They also sprayed off any leaves that landed on my patio area.  When they were done, they cleaned up everything.  The roof is now restored to it original luster and looks great.  I will have them back again when I am due for another cleaning.

"Did our due diligence for solar.  Sunpro far surpassed all others.  All at the company were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - from first contact through installation & beyond.  Got the most panels for the price also.  They made the process seamless and no stress.  Communication is great.  They let you know what to expect, follow up immediately & every step of the way, & answer any questions.  Always easy to contact and could answer any question.  Website is full of all the info you need.  They also take care of everything - financing contact, energy company, permit, tax documents, inspection, etc.  Everything is done as promised & quickly.  They do such a great job there is no time to wonder what's happening next.  Installation team arrived as expected & worked continuously to completion.  Cleaned up so well you can't tell they were  here except for the panels on the roof.  Answered our questions & were polite & friendly.

One to avoid:  Solar Advantage.  Bugged us to death, tried to trick us into going with them; sent long email telling us how awful Sunpro is, which was all untrue.  All others contacted in our area no where near came close to Sunpro - with info, professionalism, knowledge, straightforwardness, & follow-up.
Note:  They plan the panels for $25,000 in order for LA residents to get the full 50% LA rebate ($12,500) & 30% Federal credit ($7,500), leaving $5,000 as our portion.
