Our only negative experience was the late nights they stayed working to get the project finished and the damage done to our front deck as a result of cutting tile outside. They did come back very willingly and tried cleaning the deck but unfortunately its still not totally clean. Since we will eventually be replacing our deck we just let it go. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
