"RPI was great. They responded to an emergency situation even though I had no prior experience with them. Byron did a quality repair and was professional and friendly.
"

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"I wish I had built it myself like I intended. Putting wood even treated wood on top of wet concrete is not good. He did not want to seal the cut ends...had to pay extra, even though the wood manufacturer recommended it on all cut ends. then most ends were still not sealed...did it myself. I work nights....if I had not woke up in time I would have had 2 sprinklers under my deck. I discussed in detail what I wanted when he came over. It was forgotten. Low profile deck....we agreed would could not touch ground...he brought it up before I did. Guess what wood was on ground...did all I could to get some separation. He bragged about how he came back to see his customers after the decks were built. That was 1 yr and 2 weeks ago.

He has an excellent review with the BBB also. Not gonna trust them anymore either.

The longer I looked the more problem I saw with it.The 6" was not at the door it was at the other end. When we talked about it, I agreed with Me. Talent to shorten the deck by a foot to give us some separation...didn't happen. I did some digging. Still needs some digging but I am going to surround deck with pavers.
About the sprinklers... The framing was installed and all that was left was decking when I woke up. Follow up visit?Still invited to come over.

"

"Mr Corbett discusses what needs to be done and finishes in one day with no break. In the summer thats a tough job! The siding and eaves are pure white again and the brick is free of dirt, moss or mold. It makes a wonderful difference in the appearance of the house. He also sprays any stray weeds that may be trying to get a foothold on the brick or chimney eliminating my having to do it. A very personable man whose prices have hardly changed in all these years. A tremendous value for the money!
"

"I was impressed with Robert's ingenuity and approach to the job. The room turned out better than I expected.
He came in with better ideas than other contractor s. He took the window and door from the existing exterior wall, shifted them to the new room exterior wall and made shelving for pictures on the inside of the old window opening.
He also had the hvac contractor tie into the existing ductwork which resulted in a better and cheaper solution than other options.
He handled this job like it was his own personal residence. I would use Robert's services again and recommend him for your home additions/improvements.
"

"I would recommend that if you were in the need for a remodel or renovation that you consider Brian's Installations.
We remodeled three bathrooms and had to replace the upstairs subfloor due to settling issues after 30 years. Brian and his crew were selected after meeting with six other contractors. They were the ones who came in closest to our budget. We needed a general contractor who could remodel the bathroom as well as fix the sagging subfloor. Brian started off replacing the half bath and scheduled for a two week remodel. They had the tear out completed by the mid morning on the first day. They finished two days early and on budget. We then moved upstairs where we ripped out our two full bathrooms. We took off for a week while they worked on the remodel. They had both bathrooms ripped out on a Saturday afternoon on the first day. They sent us updates and pictures throughout the time we were gone. They were able to install most of the guest bathroom in the week we were gone. By the time we returned, they had the new bath installed in order to use it. It took almost a few days for them to finish this bathroom after we returned. There was a small inconvenience when we were trying to seal off the bathrooms. Each time we use the bathroom we are astonished at the details that Brian and his crew created.

After the guest bathroom was useable, the team proceeded to rip out the sagging old flooring and start the master bathroom renovations. This bathroom renovation had some of its own issues. We had to move the wall of the master bath out into the bedroom, where we added a pocket door, removed some of the old closet space. We went from a single lavatory to a his and hers. Brian was able to turn an old master bath which I had never used since I moved in two years prior into a place that I love to start and end my days. Brian's attention to detail was amazing. The floors were never going to be level, but Brian and his team were able to make them flat so that I could go back in and install the floors myself. He also had a brilliant idea to make two cabinets that would fit under the window, this gave us a nice place where we could sit and watch the deer in the front yard.
We had Brian make some custom cabinets for our bedrooms. We wanted to take advantage of some of the lost space where the the roof forms the doghouses. Brian was able to ensure that the walls and roof was properly braced, and created some beautiful cabinetry that provides us a place to store books.
Finally we asked Brian if he could give us recommendations for the stairwell. The stairwell had the original shag carpet on it with a very small rail. We had removed the shag carpet and found that the stairs were in good shape but did not match the bamboo flooring that we had installed. After talking to Brian about the prices for Bamboo Treads and installation, he told us that we could get some hardwood treads and match up the stain in order to make them look similar. He did a great job of matching up the looks and loved the work he completed. His attention to the small details like the stair end caps really set the stairwell apart now. The rail is now up to code in terms of height and ensuring that small kids can not get stuck between the rails.
If we saw something that needed to be touched up, we didn't like or just didn't work, we worked together to come up with a solution. Most of the time, he would see it himself, explain the issues and remedy it. The few times that we actually had an issue, Brian addressed that issue. Brian was upfront about repairs, costs and solutions. If we saw something (say a chipped mosiac tile, he would replace it.
The major issue for Brian (which is a good issue to have) is that Brian is normally booked up for a few months with other jobs so scheduling can be an issue. If you know that you are going to do some work, understand that this is a process. Unless you have major issues like a roof leak, you fell through the floor or the ceiling collapsed, major renovations don't just happen. Call him up, get an estimate but allow him to suggest things that you may not have thought about. If you consider that this is a process, renovations become much easier. He can help guide you with many of the renovations by scheduling meetings with local manufactures, recommending grout and paint colors, suggesting granite for the area based off of colors to be used.
I am not going to say that everything was rosey all the time, but the key was that we communicated with each other and anytime anything major arose, Brian listened and we sought solutions to the problems. A case in point was a local plumbing subcontractor that was used for this job. He overcharged for the work and wasn't always working when on the job. Brian called him out by saying that he was not being paid to sit around and talk. Brian at the end of the day, if he had to use a sub or recommend someone else to work on a job, was great about ensuring that our needs were met and that we were satisfied.
I would recommend Brian's Installations for your remodeling and repair needs.

"

"I called Clean N Brite to make repairs to a rental property after having issues with a previous contractor. Craig and his staff were very responsive and sent me an email estimate of the repair costs within 24 hours of visiting the site. The price was fair for the work and they were able to schedule a time within a few days of my first contact with them. The tenet at the property was very happy with the results and I was pleased with Clean N Brite's speedy response.
"
