"Mack and Aaron were both EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgable, professional, polite and concerned about cleaniness (and we appreciated all those postive characteristics!). Really excellent professionals who serviced our furnance and installed a new thermostat that is really nice. We cannot recommend Schaal highly enough and Mack and Aarson were really, really good to work with. If you are seeing this and considering an HVAC company, there is no other choice than Schaal! "This place is awesome, I called with a sewer back up at 7:00 tonight and they were at our house in West Des Moines by 7:30.
