"They were beyond wonderful. This is a smallish business run with the professionalism and skill of a much larger one. Personal service, prompt and knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I cannot say enough that is good about them. My first experience was on an emergency basis one Sunday morning when my heat failed. My usual plumber was away and recommended I contact Local, which I did to my delight. He came when promised, troubleshot and replaced defective parts on my old system, and arranged for an electrician to come the next day to replace a defective relay (which was not available on a Sunday afternoon). He has been extremely helpful and capable and is full of integrity. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm an English major and words fail me. I feel as if I've gone back in time to an era when service mattered to those providing it as well as those receiving it."
