"Jeff Griffin really knows heating & plumbing! He also recommended 2 excellent 3rd-party companies: 1. Unlimited Removal and Demolition - to drain, cut up, & remove old oil tank; abate asbestos from, and remove, old boiler; remove oil filler pipes & patch foundation with cement 2. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. Bonuses: Sandy Griffin (with JGH&P), & Daniela Ibanez (with UR&D) provided excellent & timely email & phone support. 5 Stars all around!!"

"Mouradian Plumbing and Heating were instrumental in our renovation, and I can’t say enough good things about them. We were in the process of purchasing a home and had a complex situation — we needed to replace a failed forced hot water radiator system with an entirely new heating system. It was a major decision, and from the initial inquiry, Eric was someone you immediately feel comfortable working with. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and transparent — and he genuinely wants the outcome to be right for the homeowner. He guided us through the decision-making process, solved problems calmly, and made sure everything was done correctly. He is truly the reason we were able to move forward with purchasing our home. His team is outstanding. They installed a complete Bosch heat pump system with gas backup, ran all new ductwork, and supported our kitchen and bathroom remodel, including the installation of a new Rinnai tankless water heater. They did a fantastic job."

"Neo was excellent! My water heater went and a new one was installed by Neo and his team the next day. They were very professional, communicated instantly, and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use S.S Piping n Heat for all of my future plumbing and heating needs. Would recommend this company to anyone!"

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"John Lund was very professional in discussing my issue. He didn't try to sell me the newest hot item, but instead understood what I really needed and worked with me to make that happen. The quoted price was very reasonable. His team were very efficient and thorough in replacing the hot water heater. They found another issue that they put a temporary fix on. I would highly recommend Lund Plumbing and Heating."

"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"I ca;;ed pm a Friday morning, late morning, and I was assured that the work would be completed that day. He asked the necessary questions, picked up the water heater, installed it in a hassle-free manner, and hauled away the old tank. The price was fair and affordable."

"Great service at an affordable price. Had a new water heater installed. Felt confident in the selection of the water heater and the workmanship. Work completed in a high quality way at about half the price others quoted."

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"They did a lot electrical work for us including installing lights, switches, ceiling fan, outlets, lighted mirrors as well as moving and installing cable. They did an amazing job. Tim and Mike were great to work with."
