What he meant to offer was $100 instead of the normal $180 that he charges to come to your home a set up traps. He then normally charges $40 per animal captured. He told me of the mistake, but still honored his commitment. He removed the four raccoons for a total of $100. Not only that, but the poor man got heat stroke from working in all this heat. He is very good at what he does, and I would recommend him even at his regular price."

Austin listened the best when I said I was most interested in the â goodâ option out of whatever good/better/best sales pitch I was expecting to hear. By â goodâ I mean I wanted the bat(s) evicted and then some primary exclusion work to prevent them from easily returning. His solutions were practical and reasonably priced. His business card is now pinned on my cork board and I will definitely call him next time I have any sort of critter issue.
