This Company offers reliable products and services at a fair cost, financial support and well-trained Roofers and Laborers. David Vasquez, Co-Owner, was very attentive to our interests and needs during our entire experience. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all! He recommended that we purchase the GAF 30-40 year Architectural Shingle/Roofing System. They installed the roof shingles with layers of materials working to keep our home safe from wind, rain, snow, and even sun. They provided us with great workmanship and beauty that will be pleasing for many years to come. Their Laborers were attentive to all areas surrounding our home and completed cleanup as well. We will continue to do business with David Vasquez and Everlast Roofing & Construction in the future!"

"These gentlemen were very professional, informative, and very cooperative. When they discovered more damage to my roof, they inquired me before proceeding. They are still my go to contractors for my homes in MS while living out of state.

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"Danny came out and looked at the roof, handled all the up front interaction and negotiations with my insurance company, and made sure I got my roof replaced. I knew I was in good hands when the adjuster arrived and spoke to Danny like an old friend. When he told me he would cover up to $1000 of my deductible, which gave me a free roof, I was ecstatic.
Jeff took over on the materials and replacement side, and was very prompt in coming by to hit my tight schedule before putting my house on the market. Although Mother Nature decided to postpone the replacement a couple of days, Jeff was in constant communication with me about when his crew could get out there. Once they got started they worked until after dark for two days straight to get the job done and did a fantastic job of cleaning up.
Danny and Jeff followed through on the free roof claim and did a fantastic job in the execution. They are very up front about your option to use another contractor if your insurance company is not willing to work with them. In part, because of their great work, I was able to sell my house in less than a day.

"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. "Roger Moore is a professional business person who did an excellent job on replacing the roof to our house and his price was reasonable and fair. He drove over 50 miles to do the job. His employees are excellent workers and did a great job. He had suggestions as to color and installing a ridge vent which improved both the look and functionality of the house. We very highly recommend him."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
