David came out to give us an estimate the same day I requested it and was very patient and thorough when explaining the process from choosing the shingles to the permit process required by the city. Crew arrived a few days later on time and extremely professional. Entire roof was replaced in a day and a half. No damage to the flower beds around the house and the clean up was perfect—not a stray nail or shingle anywhere. David communicated several times throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the work being performed and completed a final walk through at the end to make sure we had no issues. Price was lower than 3 other estimates I had received for the same work. I highly recommend EVERLAST if you need a roof repair or replacement."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"He said that the repairs were beyond his scope and suggested several contractors to make repairs. He did this for free. I wish we had used him for the earlier repairs.

"They installed solar panels as per contract. They were on time and removed all material when done. I had roof damage from a storm and they repaired it at no extra cost. So far I am happy with this company and plan on using them again for house repair.

"Roger Moore is a professional business person who did an excellent job on replacing the roof to our house and his price was reasonable and fair. He drove over 50 miles to do the job. His employees are excellent workers and did a great job. He had suggestions as to color and installing a ridge vent which improved both the look and functionality of the house. We very highly recommend him."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
