I was so pleasantly surprised and happy when I found Carl's! Everyone was very professional, courteous and punctual, and the workmanship was impeccable. Craig was the project manage and very easy to work with. He understood my concerns about being without handrails on the newly installed masonry stairs for even one day and arranged to have his crew start their part the day after the stairs were completed. He even stopped by a couple of times while the mason was working to see how it was going. Once his crew got started, they worked very fast and efficiently and left my property spotless when they were done. I could have gone cheaper but I wouldn't have had the great experience or the beautiful front porch I got from Carl's."

"My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."
