"Boris was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and guided me in making the correct selection for my window. My treatment was ordered promptly and I was contacted for installation. On installation day Boris kept me updated regarding arrival of installer. The installer Serg came in and got the job done. Price was competitive."

"Very nice young men. Overall windows were cleaned well. My only issue was that sills were also supposed to be cleaned at the same time and 4 out of 13 were not done. I didn't realize until they had left. I'd use them again but would be sure to inspect before they left."

"Had stormdamage, called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative, not pushy,no long presentation required, but all the necessary info was supplied. The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front, due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss. Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters, couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed. Very good experience both"

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"Jack was very professional and did an excellent job for our living room project. I would recommend him for anyone looking for handyman services, or remodeling services. He did such a great job, we are having him back in a month to do crown molding installation!

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

"A project manager came to scope out the job. then, a different service person came to do the work.
Everything seemed to be fine when the work was initially completed. there was no follow up from the company once the work was completed.
Shortly afterwards, I noticed that my garbage disposal was not working. Due to financial concerns, I did not have another service visit. This past weekend my kitchen sink flooded because the pipe under the sink disconnected.
The plumber who came on April 24, told me the pipe fell off because it had been reattached UPSIDE DOWN. He also checked the garbage disposal and found it was jammed with bits of metal.
The serviceman from Handyman connection did nothing to protect the Kitchen sink, bathroom sink, or tub he worked in. The tub was left with the metal debris, so it seems when the debris went into the kitchen sink drain he did not clean it out. I cleaned up after him without knowing that metal had gotten in the disposal. At the time of service, he had to use a saw to remove the old faucet and scratched the stainless steel surface of the sink. He did tell me that he was going to do it, but he also did not put any tape down to try to protect the surface.
Now, I am stuck with a bill for $146.90 from a plumber to correct the work done by Handyman Connection.
I also fear that the shower work was not done correctly as the the hot water handle is not secure.
A follow up visit or call to check on the work performed would have been proper and professional to ensure that the work was done correctly."
