"I looked requested quotes from several plumbers to have our water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door. It's just an added safety measure that adds to my satisfaction."

When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal.
