Rigdon went above and beyond this past week. I had a cleaning scheduled for Friday, in preparation for an event in my home on Saturday afternoon. I received a call Friday morning explaining they would need to reschedule due to a staffing issue. My first thought was panic because my windows were so dusty and dirty. Immediately the scheduler offered to send a technician on Saturday morning as she noticed a note in my file referring to the Saturday event. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"I explained over the phone that one of the fans was a full installation as there was not current light to replace, and they agreed to do the service. The handyman was very prompt and polite, but informed me upon arriving that he could not do the full installation since there was no spot, wire or outlet already in place... so he only did the easier one. It was done fine, but I had to climb up in the attic myself to prove that the liflght fixture could be accessed from the top, rather than him going up and checking it out himself. Again the workmanship was good, just lacked that full “job-ownership” I come to expect from someone I am hiring for a specific job."
