"Arrived on time and performed as promised. Guys did a great job installing the new irrigation system and calibrating it for maximum coverage. Price was fair and within line with other bids. It's their ratings that made the final decision to to use them. Things were cleaned up when they left and they were respectful of the property. When entering the home to install the controller, the gentleman wore a mask without having to be asked. I look forward to using their services in the future for more of my yard care needs."

"This is the only company I talked to that installs drains in the system so that the homeowner can manually winterize it!! This was a huge selling point for me and has already come in handy! Caleb was excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions and made an effort to work around my schedule instead of the other way around. The system was installed in 2 days as expected and had little impact on my time. Caleb came by after the installation to review the work and help me set up my WiFi controller. He was also quick to respond to my questions even after the installation. Be advised that the yard will be torn up a bit in the process. I think this is unavoidable and I feel that Caleb's team did a good job to minimize this."

"Spartan irrigation installed our sprinklers and did a great job! Cody has amazing customer service. He set the schedule for our sprinklers and makes regular visits to make sure everything is running smoothly. He also adjusted the sprinkler heads so they were watering the right spots. My grass is super green and lush and it is because of the fantastic job that Spartan Irrigation did with our sprinkler system. I highly recommend this company!"

"We called them and someone said that he will call us back and 10 minutes later he called us back and said he will be over at 9 o’clock in the morning. He came and tested the back floor regulator. He was responsive, showed up on time and his price was also good."

"It was free. It was included in the price of the sprinklers we purchased a couple of years ago. The first two years for the startup and shutdown are free. They are very good. The guy that comes out here is regular and he comes out and does his thing. He is very professional."

"I received estimates from 4 different companies for irrigation system in April with a planned installed timeframe of August and <br /> expected installation time of 2 days. The lawn master did was not the low bid,however, I figured it was the best since his system would not need to be blown out (saving money every year) and I liked the it was connected to the water system inside instead of in a pit in the front yard. I accepted the proposal/contract in the middle of July and was told that they were 6 weeks out. Right around Labor Day Holiday. <br /> Mike called me on August 22 to schedule the work, since I travel a lot for work I had to arrange for a colleague to cover my work and for myself to take vacation. I confirmed the schedule the next day on the 23rd. The work was scheduled for three days (Sept 4-6). I did not hear anything from Mike until the early evening on Sept 3rd. He was calling to inform me that due the rain on August 31 and Sept 1st they were behind schedule and that they would not be able to start my sprinkler system until Thursday the 6th. Mike agreed to come by on Tuesday to layout the system. During that time he told part of the delay was due to that they were short a crew member last Thursday and that everyone was working today (Tuesday) and that he would call me on Tuesday evening with a schedule update. He did not call me until mid-morning on Wednesday and he said that due to a crew member <br /> not present on Tuesday (he previously told me everyone was working) they would not finish the current job until Thursday and would not be able to work this Saturday ? he told me that they work a half day typically on Saturdays. So they would start the <br /> install of the system on Friday and they would not finish the job until the following week. When I would be over 500 miles away for work. <br /> The crew showed up on Friday and got about half of the system installed. The work that I was able to watch on Friday was good. They compacted over the ground that was disturbed by the puller. They reported completed the system on Monday (including boring under the driveway) and Mike hooked up the controller on Tuesday. The crew came back on Wednesday to set the <br /> sprinkler heads (aim). <br /> Once I retuned from my business trip, I ran the system ran the system. It ran without issue. I had some concerns ? a couple of spray heads spraying to far and area covered by rotor was not getting water. I had an arranged an appointment with Mike for him to come on Thursday evening, however, he had to cancel due to rain. The appointment was rescheduled for Saturday. Mike came and adjusted the spray heads and the rotor (I had to trim a bush since it was partly shadowing the dry area. Mike also checked the whole system and explained how the controller was setup. <br /> Overall, it was a good experience except for the scheduling and communication of the schedule. I have in fact I have recommend <br /> Lawn Master Systems to colleague. <br /> <br /> <br />"
