"They were on time and did the job pretty quickly. After an hour that they finished the work, it rained. Until now, it's still raining so I can't say much about the quality yet. Their work was under warranty so I'll just call them if needed."

"Two years ago my wife and I noticed that our foundation was beginning to settle.  We had huge cracks in the dry-wall and our front door wasn't opening and closing properly. We decided to contact Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement, owner Frank Matyiko.  He got a structural engineer to our house.  The engineer recommended that we needed twelve piers in order to fix our foundation.  the entire construction project went as planned.  Advance Foundation provided us with a transferable warranty in case we decided to sell our home.
The overall experience was wonderful their crew was very professional and we would use them again and recommend them to anyone!!

"They did an excellent job on repairing the foundation and it stopped the leak. The sidewalk they tried to lift with foam did not do so well. To their credit, they are coming back to make it right and they are going to replace the sidewalk. They even went above and beyond and because of that, we would definitely recommend them."

"Very well, job was completed as planed within time estimated. I am well pleased with the quality of the work performed. Travis understood what I wanted, inspected the area and offered construtive advice. I am using him for additional work.

"He was quick, responsive and great work! I couldn't be more pleased!"

"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."

"Great service and the clean up was excellent"

"Great ideas on what would work best for my needs in both material and design."

"Prompt quote and fair pricing. Did the job on a Saturday because I had contractors coming on Monday to start inside refinish. Very customer focused."
