"Tom, Roberta, Mike, and Jake were great. All phone calls were timely, professional, and super friendly. Roberta made me feel like we had known each other forever and we only communicated by phone a couple of times. Tom was the same way! So nice. Tom did the initial walk through for the estimate. He spent time getting to know what we needed, made suggestions, and was happy to help us. The estimate came back by email within the week and with accommodating our busy schedule, Tom had Mike and Jake come out as soon as possible to do the work. Mike and Jake were fantastic.
