"Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."

"Based on how many hours and how many people it would require to complete the job, I estimated the cost at $350 including labor and materials. The first company who gave me a $1,600 quote., said they would schedule two people. I would have provided some of the materials (shingles and felt paper underlay). Trademark Roofing’s estimator gave me a $350 quote, without my prompting, had the materials in his truck, and could start immediately. I agreed, and the job was finished in about 3 hrs. He left the site completely free of any debris. Perfection in every regard."

"I worked with Sunrise Roofing and construction for the first time back in August of 2011 where they replaced my roof. This time I had a 300 sqft patio that was enclosed by the previous owner. The job done by the previous owner or who he hired was shoddy at best. So after I decided to open it up I called Mr. Christie of Sunrise Roofing and Construction. He later came over and I told him what I was looking at having done and we later came to a price which we both agreed on. As with the first job he was always on time, cleaned up on a daily basis and worked hard in that 29 Palms summer heat. He worked with the city inspector to make sure all the work was being done in accordance with building codes. All in all as with the first job he did for me this was a pleasant experience. Pricing was definitely fair and I got my moneys worth. I highly recommend Mr. Christie and his company Sunrise Roofing and Construction for any project you have from a re-roof to a full blown re-model, you will not be disappointed. Last but least I must apologize to Mr. Christie for taking so long to write this review."

Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. He was on time, work was completed superbly and cleanup was on point. I will always call on Joshua for my Handyman needs..."
