"I am writing this review on behalf of Javier Flores I engaged Javier Flores to build a deck in my back yard. I could not be happier with the job he did. Javier and his brother Daniel arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day and worked hard all day, with the exception of lunch. The two of them work together very well. When they finished the deck, I told them that I would sweep off the saw dust, but Javier wouldn’t let me sweep the deck, He told me I am paying him to perform that duty. Javier and Daniel are experienced hardworking men who value precision, and pay attention to the littlest of details. Our new deck is as stiff as concrete, no sags, no squeaks at all. I am so happy with the deck, that I am going to have them install the deck railing also. I would gladly recommend Javier to anyone that needs a deck. Henry & Mary Anne Price"

"Our large deck was sorely neglected - no maintenance in at least 8 years - and I worried it was beyond help or would be cost-prohibitive to rehabilitate. Rupert and Michael breathed new life into it! Rupert (company principle) is very responsive, and he was able to give a quick informal estimate based on some photos and I texted. This made it very easy to start working together right away. Now the deck looks beautiful, and they were able to stain our wooden deck furniture to match. Great makeover for our deck and lovely folks to work with!"

"Karol and his crew are very talented, efficient builders. We hired Karol to build a composite deck to compliment the pool we had installed in the back yard. It turned out beautifully. He is a great communicator and listener, prompt and reliable."

"This company is the very best. My two old decks now look like they are new. The crew is very detail-oriented especially with the prep workâ -power washing and sanding â so the final staining is perfect. My windows were covered while they worked and everything cleaned up when they finished. Also, the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them!"

"Landscape Solutions did a great job and I would have them back again if I ever need additional work. They installed concrete and drainage in our backyard and walkway. This was a pretty extensive project that was done well. Not only are Scott and Norka (management) personable and honest, their workers are very pleasant and are happy to answer questions."

"I had been needing to replace the flooring in my home for quite some time now but I did not know whom to hire to do it or how much it was going to cost me. One day, a friend referred me to Bayside Builders and I decided to call them for an estimate. They were very professional and the most affordable of all the companies that came by my house to look at my floors. I was so impressed with their service from the start because they have a lot of experience in this field which shows right away when you meet them. I also liked how they told me what type of floors they would be installing for me along with giving me a quote on what it will cost to do so. Everything went according to plan as scheduled and I was happy with their work!"

"I hired Richard to reconstruct my front stairs, deck, guard and rails. He explained in detail the work he will be doing and provided a proper quote. I appreciate the fact that he keeps me updated on the progress of the work. Richard's carpentry skills are exemplary and outstanding. He made sure that whatever work he did conforms to the latest applicable building codes. I'm very satisfied with the quality of his work. He did not only reconstruct my stairs and deck but made it much stronger and safer. We are very happy and pleased with the work that Richard has done. We recommend Richard to everyone who needs work done on their stairs, decks and other carpentry work in their homes. Thank you Richard."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"Avis Builders and Design did a great job on our deck build / outdoor deck stairs project. Shay from Avis Builders was very responsive from the moment I reached out. He was flexible and promptly met me at the house at the agreed time. Notably, Shay took the time to listen to what I was looking for while also provided some great ideas on my yard deck and stairs build out. Also, I was pleased with their prompt follow up on the estimate and next steps (whereas others I needed to follow up with others). Shay kept me up to date on every step via text and promptly scheduled and completed the deck and stairs build. Their finished product was amazing and exceeded my expectations! Walking down my new stairs and onto my deck was such an awesome and wonderful feeling! Thank you Shay and the Avis team! Side note, I stopped by during the middle of the build to the see the progress and their team was very cordial and professional. I would highly recommend Avis Builders."

"We have been pleased to work with Yari and Guy at LeCut Construction. We had an old wooden deck that needed to be replaced with fire-resistant materials as we live in a Wildland Urban Interface area. We were promised that the new deck would look similar to the old one and meet current building codes. The LeCut team delivered! The project was difficult, due to the angles on the multi-level deck and stairs, being on a hillside, working with the challenges of the fire-resistant materials, as well as our exacting requirements. The whole LeCut crew worked closely with us to solve the challenges and give us a high-quality finished product. Yari and Guy were a pleasure to work with as they were always responsive, friendly, and helpful."
