"1) The heating tech immediately found the air filter needed to be replaced; he replaced it and problem was solved. 2) The plumber (Dane) checked the many items on the maintenance check list including adjusting the water pressure. We skipped the water heater flush because we replaced it. After I replaced the soaked drywall, Dane returned to install water heater. Everyone at Tarpy was very pleasant and agreeable to work with, and I had confidence in the techs who seemed very knowledgeable.
