They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. Justin was excellent - the guy installing the cabinets - very good at what he does, and takes his time and gets it done right the first time - would definitely use him again. The guy doing the tile just seemed to be in a hurry to get his check. After he left, I had to pull out some pieces of the decorative tiles and re-do them and he forgot to grout a few areas also. I certainly would choose another tile guy next time. Overall though, I LOVE my new kitchen and would refer folks to Kitchen Solvers if they are looking for a redo like I was."
