"Bought a house and moved to Canandaigua in the summer of 2023. Great house, but the deck needed work. Was really the only thing on the house that did. I hired Sean to replace the decking and repair the stairs. The rails were still in good shape, just needed to be re-stained (Still do, that's a job for me for this spring). He showed up on-time, and got to work with the demo. During the demo it was discovered that several of the joists were rotting and needed to be replaced. We negotiated the additional cost (it was fair) and added that scope to the work. Of course, that meant the job was going to take longer than originally estimated, but Sean took it in stride, showed up every day, did the work, cleaned up after himself, and produced a nice looking deck for me. I'll be calling him first thing in the future should I have any work I need done that's in his wheelhouse."

They did get paint on our sectional sofa when moving it back into place, but it came off easily (leather). We would definitely hire them again!"

He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. More than just a company name- Paul and his crew did truly exquisite work, at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be more satisfied.  Paul was a pleasure to work with – very professional and responsive.  Despite being extremely busy he routinely answered the phone and returned calls quickly. Paul is highly skilled at ceiling/drywall repair and Josh is an excellent painter.  They clearly take pride in their work and won’t accept anything less than their customers’ complete satisfaction.  While doing the repairs Paul noticed additional areas that needed work and did them at no extra charge. Even though I said I was completely satisfied when asked, I later noticed a small area of textured ceiling that could use another coat of paint to better match.  I called them back and they were out again in a few days to do it.  Paul is the kind of contractor you hope for but never actually expect to find!  I would trust them with any project.
