"Jim chose lovely flowering shrubs and trees, but the star of the landscape and our favorite is a weeping Serbian spruce that I have never seen anywhere else in Syracuse. The crew was professional and fast: they planted trees, shrubs, and flowers, built various rock features, mulched all the new plantings, and seeded bare patches in the lawn--all in one day. Jim gave us directions for care and watering, a moisture meter, fertilizer, and extra grass seed. It has now been three years since the work was done, and all the plants are thriving (except for one of the red twig dogwoods, which the deer have eaten). We had to water assiduously for an
entire year because the weather was so dry, and even the second year during dry spells, but with all the moisture this year, all of our plants simply exploded in growth. Our front and side yard look full and lush and the curb appeal of our house has vastly improved. The work was expensive, but we are extremely happy with the results.
"

"I choose Gasparini Landscaping due to their high ratings on Angie's list. The entire project was handled via the internet by working with their project manager Scott Gasparini. Working with Scott was a pleasure. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed on time and the construction crew did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend them to others.
"

"Like clockwork I'd receive a call the night before the application giving me a heads up and asking if I had any questions. The next day they'd show up and get the job done within 30 minutes. The cost is hard to argue with since I'd pay $35-40 if buying the product and then have to remember to do it when I was suppose to, and then actually do it. I plan on continuing with them next year.
"

"True green called a couple of days prior to treating my lawn. They fertilized my lawn, provided comments of that particular application as well as time of service as well as identifying wind conditions. They also identified type and amount of fertilizer used.
"

"I lived here in Cohoes, New York for 20 tears and he was the best, far above the rest! He did exactly what we wanted, and was very pleasant and timely. Happy with every aspect of the job, and Matt himself. Again, the BEST!!!"

Are you tired of dragging a hose around the yard just to water your grass? Do you sometimes forget to turn off the hose and end up wasting gallons of water? \n\nWe can help. We install permanent home sprinkler systems to meet your lawn irrigation needs, while offering a range of options for different budgets. Sprinkler systems will be the next big change to come to Central New York. As our climate changes, we're getting increased temperatures and decreased rainfall, which means Mother Nature can use a little help watering the lawn.\n\nI have over 30 years of experience installing automatic Rainbird sprinkler systems in my native state of South Carolina. I come from a family of irrigation installers, going back four generations to my great-grandfather, who installed some of the first residential sprinkler systems in the United States. Just as my great-granddad pioneered the sprinkler industry in the American south, I am excited about bringing this industry here to Central New York.\n\nWhat we offer: \n-Automatic sprinkler systems \n\n-Money-saving manual systems (operated manually by turning a valve)\n\n-Smart systems that can be controlled from your smartphone\n\n-Options for watering types for different areas:\n -rotor heads (large lawn areas)\n -spray heads (perfect for narrow lawn areas and for shrubbery/flower beds)\n -drip systems (water shrubbery and flowers directly at the roots)

"We were introduced to FM PRO Laws with a postcard mailer they sent out. We have tried other landscapers over the years--from small businesses, to kids with ambitions, to larger outfits and have not been really satisfied so we gave them a call. We wanted someone skilled and experienced who would understand what we wanted. The property is owned by a family member now in assisted living with gardens that had been neglected over several years. Weeds had taken over and the tress and shrubs were full of dead wood. Everywhere you looked the place needed help. Josh walked the property with us and it was clear that he understood the issues and what need to be done. He gave us a fair price--not cheap, but fair--and we got started. His hard-working team was a mix of very experienced and younger guys. The process took many days to complete but in the end it looked amazing!
A few things we especially appreciated:
They answer phone calls and email promptly. (Why is this so rare!)

They follow through on promises. When they say they will continue to work on something over the next few weeks, they do it.

They clean up after themselves and haul away all debris.

They are detail-oriented and do the small stuff that makes a difference.

They manage their crews well--they are respectful of their staff and the staff in turn is respectful of customers. They work hard when they are on the job.

They problem-solve well. If something is not quite going as planned, they figure it out and keep you informed. They don't disappear!

We've been very pleased with the results and continue to use FM PRO Lawns for weekly mowing. They are a Cazenovia-based company (Caz Lawn Care I think) growing out into the Fayetteville Manlius area. There are lots of companies out there doing yard work, so many to choose from. We'd recommend FM PRO Lawns without hesitation.

"
