Rick sent photos and video to troubleshoot turning the water main off, while his guy was in route to our house. Service was quick despite the storm! Afterward he helped me troubleshoot a different problem over the phone. Very helpful and friendly. Despite my lack of knowledge during the situation, he never made me feel dumb and reassured me. "R3J Residential Services did an excellent job! We previously hired Ron (owner) to remodel our master bathroom in 2019 and he and his subs did an excellent job. When we decided to update our guest bathroom and utility room (plus some other work), we only wanted Ron to do it as we were extremely confident of the high quality of his work and his reasonable prices. We did not even get a second quote from another contractor because we knew he would do a great job and his price would be fair. Everything came out perfect - the quality and installation of the cabinets, countertops, and flooring were excellent. "On time arrival, that's huge. They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."
