"Sometime in November 2013, unbeknownst to me, a water pipe leak occurred under the foundation of my house. It was only brought to my attention when I got a huge sewer and water bill totaling almost $1000 in late December. This was quite a large leak as my December water bill had said that I had used over 50,000 gallons of water in one month!!! After fixing the leak by replacing the pipe, and then pouring concrete into the hole to fill it up, they cleaned up the mess and left. Throughout the entire process they answered any questions I had and apologized for having to mess up my kitchen floor, which I had just had installed a few months before. Only the the manager was there - and he came on out, was there in less than 30 minutes.  Normally price is half that but this was after hours and the rate was doubled. Small price to pay to continue using home plumbing and not have to stay overnight at a motel.  Very professional.  10 days later had to have it pumped again, did not know field bed had failed.  This was on the COLD morning, they came out at 9:00 AM before it had warmed up much at all.  When I called, office wasn't open yet and the owner  got my call on his way to work, he was very helpful, gave names of a couple of different  companies that could repair/restore field bed.  Driver who pumped tank that time also very helpful, told the Mrs there was a problem downstream of the tank (he didn't know about the first episode).  Could have just pumped it out and walked away without trying to help any further. <br />"
