Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "The service worked out fine. They were prompt. Actually, they were delayed, but they called me and let me know that they were going to be delayed. I think I did not have a good sense of what it was they were going to do which was my problem, not theirs. They offered some insights on some things to do on a couple of things that I had questions about. It was not necessary some thing they were going to do that was covered by what I bought. I am hoping that the repair that he made on a leak would not be an issue anymore which I will find out soon. They did what they said they were going to do within reason of the $149 big deal I purchased. They came out within a week or so after I purchased the big deal. That was fine. I did not feel like it was an extensive wait to get them out. I do not have anything to compare the quality of their work against with."

"We actually had Bellos Construction do considerably more than just a bathroom remodel. Additional work included installing flooring, installing insulation and drywall, demolition work, roofing repair, etc. Overall the experience was good. Jose is very responsive and helped me out quite a bit dealing with renovating and repairing an older house that was not properly taken care of by the previous owners/renters. The only real issue we had was confirming the materials that would be installed in the bathroom (i.e., fixtures, etc). There was some miscommunication there that probably was not helped by the fact we are out of state and trying to manage a construction project. One thing that stood out about Jose was his willingness to help out with things that didn't fall under his contractual obligations. For example, he helped me transport a water tank when he didn't need to do so. If we have a need for services that Bellos Construction offers, then we will definitely consider them in the future given our experiences with them."
