"This review and my recommendation of IND Construction are an absolute pleasure to write. We wanted to update our bathroom with a new shower, and we got bids from four companies. We selected IND Construction because of its very competitive pricing, its keen demonstration of understanding what we wanted, and the complete professionalism of its project manager, Dorel Zander. We were not disappointed! The work was done when he said it would be; Dorel kept me informed daily of what was happening and what would happen next. He found some additional small problems and helped us decide what to do, he gave excellent advice and always supported our decisions. The work team was amazing. They were always on time, took pride in their clean workmanship, and were always courteous, hard workers. If they did something that wasn’t perfect, they reworked it, all within the price we were quoted. Ultimately, they sent in their cleaner, and our bathroom was left pristine. We were not charged one dollar more than what was in the agreement. I could go on about how pleased I am with the way it all turned out, but let this heartfelt recommendation speak for itself. I unconditionally recommend working with INC Construction."

"Avi from So Cal Builders & Design Inc was our general contractor for our house's addition/expansion. This is the 2nd time we worked with Avi and his team, after he helped us completely remodeled our existing house, we know he is the perfect guy for our phase II of building the addition to our house. Again, Avi is so great to work with! He is very knowledgable on all construction related work and he is always available to help with whatever. "My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) "I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same."
