"Woke up without water to the house. Called a number of services and Rick's was the most responsive. They attempted to talk me through TS system on the phone, to no avail, based on my limited understanding of the system. They agreed to come out early afternoon to determine issue. Upon site arrival, quickly identified where the issue was and set up for correction (next day). With all the issues I know the area was having, I though tit was very reasonable. Next day the crew arrived, expecting to have to pull well pump. Fortunately the electrical short was toward the top of the well and corrections were made. Once that was corrected, thy found a secondary issue caused due to the electrical surge. It had blown out a capacitor in the control box. This was promptly replaced and the entire system checked and verified. <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"After 6-weeks of research I was referred twice to "American Water Well Testing" first by a Pump Service in Castle Rock then by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). I then called Jim on the phone as he kindly shared his knowledge helping me resolve a contaminated well water issue so I could install an UV Water Treatment System to cure my problems. Jim was patient, thorough and professional working with me on the phone. After all was said and done Jim Re-tested the well water arriving as promised and was even 30-minutes early. Within 48hrs Jim phoned and faxed over the water test results confirming my UV water treatment system instal was a success. I found "American Water Well Testing" to proceed thier reputation. "Had an awesome experience with these guys. We had to do both radon mitigation and sump pump installation. I called 5-10 different places to get quotes, they were the most affordable by a decent margin. Kratos was really great- he was on time, very friendly, wasn't annoyed by our dogs constantly being at his side, etc. He finished the job very quickly and gave great education on how the system works and what we should be looking for to ensure it's functioning well. Additionally, he randomly fixed an electrical issue we were having with some outlets! Totally not his job, but I asked him if he knew a good electrician and by doing some basic trouble-shooting he was able to fix it and save us the cost of having an electrician come by! Highly recommend these guys, no reservations whatsoever"
