"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"John and his crew did a fantastic job with our small remodeling project of turning a 3bd/1ba into a 2bd/2ba. I interviewed about 7 contractors for the job and John was by far the most personable, quality oriented, and reasonable. Throughout the process, he was great about providing his expert opinion but I never felt pressured in any situation. I had a vision for what I wanted and John was there to execute and provide guidance. My partner and I are first time home buyers and I was very worried about navigating the Boston system for renovations. John took care of everything and even though we had some hiccups with the city he was a great communicator and kept me updated every step of the way. At the end of each day he'd either send a text or call to tell me about the work done, any issues that we may possibly run into, and what was coming next. The quality of his work was excellent as well as the team of individuals he employed. "I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls.
